Sometimes I find myself holding on to things that do nothing but drag me down. Lately I’ve been thinking that maybe it’s time to let go.
Some of these things are physical. Some of them are emotional. Others are mentally holding me down. I have so many of these “weights” to shed and I’ve got the feeling that the more of them that I let go of, the better I will feel and the more I can get out of life.
So, I’ve decided to start a series of blog posts each telling about something holding me back and how I’m choosing to let go of it. I hope you’ll join me in both reading and in letting go of the things in your own life that are more burden than blessing.
